Meet with dress designers, tailors, wedding cake designers, officiants, caterers, photographers, videographers, DJs, live musicians, hair and makeup artists and more. While many venues have strict rules against permitting outside vendors, Crystal Ballroom has an open vendor policy. Set your formal table to perfection. Crystal Ballroom provides all the fine china and décor at your event for a full three course meal, including plates, water glasses, champagne flutes, silverware, salad bowls, bread baskets and all the accents to create a finer dining experience.
VIP Suite
Experience a fully furnished and decorated VIP suite at Crystal Ballroom wedding venue. Ready yourself and your wedding party in a luxurious suite, where you can string your pearls, recite vows and prepare for your grand ballroom entrance. Coffee Bar & Non-alcoholic Beverage Stations
Our banquet staff will brew and manage your coffee and non-alcoholic beverages. All glassware is provided by Crystal Ballroom.
Event Summary & Rehearsal
Meet with our banquet manager for a one hour review inside the wedding venue. Deliver beverages, personal items and your desired timeline. Review a mock table setting with selected décor, and rehearse every detail of your special day. Visualize your ceremony, and processional and recessional events during a 45-minute rehearsal.
Accent Décor
Crystal Ballroom designs are always finalized with an extra touch of accent décor. Accent décor includes high top tables, memorial tables, dessert tables, appetizer tables, flowers, candles and centerpieces coordinated to match the colors and theme of your imagination.
