OPEN-VENDOR POLICY

Have you always dreamed of having a Florida wedding? At The Crystal Ballroom, our beautiful event venue can be used for both ceremonies and receptions. Already have a stellar DJ or premier catering company in mind for your big day? No problem! When you work with our dedicated team of hospitality and event planners, we gladly offer an open-vendor policy. That means that you can choose your own DJ, photographer, and caterer, or you can choose from a list of our providers and preferred vendors.

Select from our variety of centerpieces including: beautiful candelabras, vintage manzanita trees, tall floating candles, gorgeous lanterns, huge flower arrangements, tall studded candle holder, and more. The full design and decoration of all your guests tables, main tables, and ceremony space is included in this service.

Enjoy a beautifully decorated ceremony area that includes gorgeous chandeliers, beautiful ceiling draping, extravagant decorations to the left and right of your altar, shepherd hooks with hanging flowers to accentuate your aisle, decorated chiavari chairs, and incredible uplighting.

Every Crystal Ballroom is fully designed with extravagant chandeliers and gorgeous hardwood floors. All tables and chairs for up to 100 guests are included in our Extravaganza packages.

This includes a one-hour appointment with our banquet manager to drop off your beverages and personal items, followed by your 45-minute rehearsal appointment. This is the perfect time to bring your timeline and confirm all details with our banquet manager to ensure all details pertaining your event are discussed and confirmed.

Our banquet staff will brew and manage your coffee and non-alcoholic beverages. All glassware is provided by The Crystal Ballroom.

Our Crystal Ballroom banquet staff will butler pass your hors’ d oeuvres and manage your non-alcoholic beverage station, while our amazing bartender serves your guests tasty cocktails.

A fully furnished and decorated VIP Suite lounge area available an hour and a half prior to event start time. Perfect for before the ceremony pictures, portraits, or bridal party pictures.

This service includes a professional banquet manager for the overall safety and satisfaction of your guests. This manager will direct our banquet staff as they butler pass hors’ d oeuvres, pour champagne, manage tables, and manage the non-alcoholic beverages station.

Make your next event one to remember with The Crystal Ballroom’s event design services. Every color option imaginable is available to you for your event decor, as well as several different styles of centerpieces to choose from. In each design package, you get your choice of color for chair sashes, table runners, organza overlays, and napkin colors. We also include votive candles, charger plates, flower petals, and jewels in several different styles and multiple colors. Each centerpiece sits on top a gorgeous beveled mirror while our jewel-studded table numbers add a dash of class. The Crystal Ballroom would love to design and decorate a banquet hall for your upcoming work celebration, wedding, or other important event.
